Our Services Includes
We create a personal plan and provide weekly one on one sessions with emotional, practical and educational guidance.
Regular emotional check-ins with a confidence building and positive routine support for anxiety, stress, or past trauma,
Regular support in developing a basic life skills for an independent living, such as cooking, cleaning, hygiene routine etc.
We help young people move forward with their goals by supporting in college attendance, CV writing, access to work programmes, etc.
We provide supports in maintaining routines, registering with GP and dentist, getting ID, Passport, NI number, and accessing benefits (if applicable)
Our supports help prepare young people emotionally and practically to live alone, secure private tenancy, apply for social/council housing.
